299 Park Avenue is a 1.17 million-square-foot glass and steel tower, which spans an entire block along New York’s world famous Park Avenue.  The 44-story building was constructed between 1967 and 1969 by Fisher Brothers who continue to own the remaining 50.5% of the property.  The building is located between 48th and 49th street.  It is only three blocks away from Grand Central Terminal and is accessible via an underground tunnel just outside the building.
