APFC’s Board of Trustees holds quarterly meetings to review and evaluate the investment performance of the portfolio, the asset allocation and investment risk of the Fund, and the compliance program in relation to applicable laws, regulations, and governance policies. Special meetings of the Board of Trustees are scheduled as required.

Board of Trustees’ meetings are open to the public and generally held in Juneau or Anchorage. Alaskans are welcome to attend the meetings in person and are also able to participate via teleconference, the numbers for which are listed on each agenda. Agendas are posted one week prior to meetings, and meeting packets are posted a day in advance of each meeting.
