Board of Trustees Meetings
APFC’s Board of Trustees meets quarterly to review the Fund’s investment performance, asset allocation, risk management, and compliance with laws and governance policies. Special meetings may be scheduled as needed, and Trustees also convene in committees to focus on specific areas of oversight.

Meeting Materials & Public Participation
Meeting materials and additional information for Board meetings are posted here as they become available. Meetings are open to the public and accessible virtually via Microsoft Teams; participation details, including registration links, are included on each agenda. Meeting agendas are typically posted one week in advance, with meeting packets made available the day before each meeting. Alaskans are also welcome to attend meetings in person. Alaska works best through public accountability. Members of the public are encouraged to share input with the Board. Submit comments: boardpubliccomment@apfc.org.
