Senior Portfolio Manager — Private Income
Ross Alexander is the Senior Portfolio Manager for Private Income. In this role, he leads a team of two other investment professionals in managing the Private Income Portfolio, valued at $7.8 billion as of June 30, 2025. The portfolio includes three sub-portfolios: infrastructure, private credit, and income opportunities. Ross and his team select and manage fund investments and co-investments across all three Private Income sub-portfolios. Ross has worked at APFC since 2018.
Ross originally joined APFC as Portfolio Manager covering infrastructure and real assets and took over leadership of the entire Private Income portfolio in 2022. Prior to joining APFC, Ross was part of the real assets investment team at the Alaska Retirement Management Board.
Ross holds a BA from Trinity Western University and is a CAIA charterholder.
