Chief Investment Officer
Marcus Frampton serves as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of APFC. Since joining the Corporation in 2012, he has held several roles including Director of Investments for Real Assets & Absolute Return.
Marcus’s prior experience includes positions in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, private equity investing with PCG Capital Partners, and serving as an executive at LPL Financial.
He earned a BA in Business-Economics with a minor in Accounting from UCLA. Marcus also holds the CFA, CAIA, and FRM designations.
