Janet Becker-Wold is a retired investment consultant and former Senior Vice President at Callan LLC, bringing more than three decades of institutional investment experience. She led Callan’s Denver consulting office, overseeing senior consultants and analysts and advising pensions, endowments, insurance companies, and sovereign wealth funds with over $80 billion in assets. As Co-Chair of Callan’s Manager Search Committee, she directed due diligence and asset manager selection, contributed to capital markets research, and advanced industry best practices.
From 1994 to 2003, she specialized in international and global equity manager research, later managing real estate and international equity investments at US WEST. A Chartered Financial Analyst since 1996, Janet earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BS in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin. Honored as Advisor of the Year by With Intelligence in 2023, she remains active in the investment community through professional associations.

APFC operates under the oversight of a six-member Board of Trustees. The Board serves as fiduciaries of the Alaska Permanent Fund and is responsible for ensuring the Fund is managed in accordance with state law and the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and financial stewardship.
