Senior Portfolio Manager — Real Estate
Eric Ritchie is the Senior Portfolio Manager and head of Real Estate for APFC. In this role, he oversees APFC’s $9 billion real estate portfolio, which includes direct investments, fund investments, co-investments, debt, and REITs.
Before joining APFC, he worked in real estate acquisitions for a Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust portfolio company. Eric has executed and closed on major transactions across multiple property sectors.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in International Finance from the American University of Paris and earned a Master of Liberal Arts from the University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
