Executive Director & CEO
Deven Mitchell serves as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of APFC. Appointed by the Board of Trustees in October 2022, he provides executive leadership to the Corporation, setting and achieving its mission, goals, and objectives.
Prior to joining APFC, Deven dedicated 30 years to public service with the State of Alaska Department of Revenue and the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University.
